This book follows on from ‘Leaders Behaving Badly: What happens when ordinary people show up, stand up and speak up’. A chance conversation about inspirational women led Ann to research female leaders. This is the story of 25 amazing female warriors and literally dozens of female heroes. It’s the story of ordinary women quietly and courageously changing the face of corporates; families; communities and in some cases, entire countries.

About the Workbook:

A hard copy workbook so women can take some precious time out from looking after everyone else to explore their own lives; their own aspirations; their own passions and even their own purpose.

The workbook is broken into three parts:

Part one: Exploring your past. What expectations were set for you (or not)? What your family of origin taught you about being female and how you’ve lived out and conformed (or not) to that recipe.

Part two: Your present. What aspects of your life are working well; what aspects are NOT working well; why that is and what you can do to make changes so you’re not constantly exhausted and guilt ridden?

Part three: Your future. What you want to do with the rest of your life. How you want to ensure you become all you are capable of being. How to discover your purpose; and you DO have a purpose.

I promise you that working your way through the exercises will be challenging and I make no apologies  for that. Women really are the future. On so many levels of society, we need the values of women, the kindness of women and the caring of women. This is our moment.
